✔ Eligible Returns & Exchanges

A return or exchange request will be accepted under the following conditions:

    The product received does not match the description or images displayed on our official platforms.

    The product delivered differs from the one ordered or advertised.

  3. Manufacturing Defects
    Items with any of the following are eligible:

    • Damage during manufacturing

    • Major weaving or stitching faults

    • Significant color shade issues or burrs
      (Warranty will only be valid if proper washing and care instructions are followed.)

❌ Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Products washed with chemical detergents, bleach, or strong powders

  • Products that are used, cut, stitched, or altered without a valid warranty issue

  • Shrinkage or stitching problems caused by tailor error or misuse of fabric

  • Products without original packaging, lost tags, or missing invoices

  • Minor shade differences caused by camera, display brightness, or lighting conditions

📌 Return Conditions

To ensure smooth processing of returns or exchanges, the following conditions must be met:

  • Report the issue within 14 days of product delivery

  • Product must be free from perfume, stains, or physical misuse, except for inspection

  • Include original invoice, tags, and packaging

  • Product should be clean, folded properly, and ready for inspection

⚠️ Note: Products that fail inspection will be returned to the customer.

🚚 Shipping Costs

  • If the product is faulty, wrong, or defective, OKK will bear all shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to personal preference, the customer is responsible for shipping charges.
